Inherently Dangerous Activity: Motorcycling, particularly off-road and adventure touring, is an inherently dangerous activity that involves significant risks, including but not limited to: collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other riders, or fixed or moving objects; surface hazards (sand, gravel, mud, rocks); equipment failure; weather conditions; and the possibility of serious physical injury, permanent disability, or death.
Voluntary Participation: You participate in these activities voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your safety and the safety of others around you.
Skill Level: While our "Off-Road Basic Training" is designed to improve your skills under the guidance of an Official EAT Certified Instructor, Motonomads cannot guarantee that you will achieve a specific level of proficiency or that accidents will not occur during training.
3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including Belgian law), Motonomads, its owners, instructors, guides, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

4. Participant Responsibilities
Medical Fitness: You certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in motorcycle riding activities and have no medical conditions that would endanger yourself or others.
Protective Gear: It is mandatory to wear appropriate protective gear (helmet, boots, gloves, jacket, and trousers with protection) at all times while riding. Motonomads reserves the right to refuse participation to any rider not wearing adequate safety equipment.
Legal Compliance: You are responsible for possessing a valid motorcycle license for the type of bike you are riding and for complying with all local traffic laws and regulations in the countries you visit.

8. Tour Operator & Booking Conditions (Important) Motonomads acts as a marketing partner and guide service provider. We do not act as a registered travel agency or tour operator for the sale of package holidays.
Package Travel: All multi-day motorcycle tours and "holiday" packages advertised on this Website that include accommodation, transport, or other significant travel services are legally organised and operated by our partner, Headventure bv (hereinafter "Headventure") (BE 0607.932.751, affiliated with both VVR and GFG under number 9252).
Contractual Relationship: When you book a package trip through Motonomads, your travel contract is formed directly with Headventure.
